Often a lease dispute can be successfully settled with a minimum amount of disruption and cost. Once the issues are properly identified, with appropriate and confident legal advice, a resolution can usually be amicably reached.

In more difficult cases where the parties cannot or will not settle amicably, we regularly appear at VCAT, presenting parties who need to have the matter determined by an independent arbiter – in this case the tribunal.
