Kathryn is a Lawyer in our Litigation team.
Kathryn is experienced in commercial litigation, corporate and personal insolvency and debt recovery matters. She has prior experience in property law, wills and estates, general commercial advice and transactional banking and finance matters.
During her legal career she has advised a broad range of clients; from individuals and SMEs to ASX-listed companies.
Kathryn excels in identifying simple yet effective resolutions to complex disputes. As an exceptional communicator, she provides clear and concise advice. Kathryn takes a pragmatic approach to all of her clients’ matters and enjoys working closely with her clients to provide tailored advice, in a timely manner.
During her litigation career she has developed a keen eye for detail ensuring that all aspects her clients’ matters are considered. Her clients are made aware of all possible outcomes and ways to resolve their disputes.
Kathryn is a member of Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria (WIRV) and a member of the Social Committee, Law Reform Committee and Community Issues Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Accounting from La Trobe University and completed her GDLP at the College of Law. Kathryn was admitted as a lawyer in 2018.
