Andrew Ivanoff

Andrew is an established financial controller/CFO with over 30 years’ experience within finance and over 15 years within professional services. Andrew has been part of a senior management team and board in several of his previous roles, allowing him to work closely with the management team to assist with the growth of the company.

Andrew has extensive experience in board and management reporting, project and WIP management, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and in leading efficient finance teams. At several roles, Andrew was also heavily involved with acquisitions and mergers as well as preparing parts of the business for sale. Other than leading finance, Andrew has also had experience as head of corporate services within several organisations.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys time with his wife and two kids, as well as being a fanatical Essendon and South East Melbourne Phoenix supporter, Lego enthusiast and music tragic.
