Anthony Herron

Anthony is an experienced construction and contracts lawyer. He has advised on a range of major construction projects and drafted a number of construction contracts, tender documents and supply agreements and associated documents for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, aged care, hospitality, storage & infrastructure projects in NSW, ACT, QLD & WA.

He has advised and prepared payment claims and adjudication disputes and conducted major construction disputes in the NSW Supreme and District Court.

He also has experience in advising regarding professional indemnity and liability insurance claims and construction and liability disputes against building contractors, engineers and certifiers.

His experience also includes a focus on unsafe building products, and advising building and design practitioners, and manufacturers in NSW and interstate, concerning introducing new building products to market and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

For 14 years Anthony was an evening lecturer in law (contracts, commercial law, and building contract administration) in the Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building at the University of Technology Sydney.

Anthony is married and has two adult children.
