Douglas McMillan

Douglas (Doug) is a Partner at PCL Lawyers and leads the Family Law team. Doug has over 20 years’ experience as a family lawyer, providing advice on all aspects of family law, including complex company and trust matters along with parenting, child support and family violence.

He possesses a high sense of responsibility and integrity, as well as a clear understanding of the high levels of stress involved in a family breakdown. Doug concentrates on providing concise legal advice about the numerous pathways available for people in their particular circumstances. 

His broad practice includes all State and Federal Courts in Australia, as well as international family law jurisdictions. Doug is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.

In his spare time, Doug also enjoys reading, music, snow skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
