Fasiha Rose
Fasiha is a lawyer in our construction law team, where she supports clients with a range of front-end and back-end construction matters. She brings her experience across both residential and commercial construction projects, to advise clients including builders, developers, subcontractors and property owners. Her understanding of various construction matters allows her to guide clients through a variety of issues.
Fasiha’s front-end work includes drafting and reviewing construction contracts during various stages of the project lifecycle. She focuses on ensuring that the clauses are clear, aligned with the client’s goals and accurately address the risks provisions. Through her experience, she is able to help clients understand construction contracts with confidence and clarity.
Fasiha’s back-end construction work includes a variety of construction disputes involving project delays, breaches of contract and building defects. She has supported senior lawyers with a range of proceedings before the District Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales. Her back-end experience has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of the litigation process and construction disputes.
