Glenn Duker is the Managing Partner, and founder, of PCL Lawyers.
Glenn has a Bachelor of Laws / Arts from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice more than 25 years ago. He has extensive legal experience in legal practice management and client representation across several areas of practice, including:
Commercial Litigation (Supreme Court, Federal Court, County Court, Magistrates Court and VCAT), including breach of contract, commercial and retail lease litigation, franchise litigation, building litigation, estate claims (TFM) and other business and property related litigation;
Commercial Leasing, across several Australian states;
Commercial Agreement drafting, review and disputes;
General Property Law (including compulsory acquisition of land); and
Glenn’s vision for PCL is that the highest standard of legal advice is offered, while also training lawyers to recognise the commercial ramifications for clients.
Glenn champions entrepreneurship. He founded PCL Lawyers in 2012 and has led the growth of the business into a leading boutique full-service law firm that delivers legal work at a very high standard to individuals and numerous industries.
Furthermore, Glenn makes himself available to the press for his opinion in the areas of law in which he practises.
