Jacob is an Associate Partner at PCL Lawyers and heads up the Brisbane office.

With over 20 years’ experience in dispute resolution, including commercial, building & construction and franchise disputes, Jacob is an exceptional commercial and consumer legal practitioner.

He has successfully represented both individuals and corporations at countless mediations and arbitrations, as well as acting as Chairperson in numerous formal dispute hearings.

Jacob’s extensive experience as an advocate, has given him valuable insight into potential issues when drafting commercial and personal contracts. He has a strong track record of resolving long standing litigation matters.

His skills also include financial services regulations and disputes, including class actions, ASIC investigations, and compliance relating to managed investment schemes and licensing conditions.
