Jessica Karevski is a Lawyer, specialising in property law.
Jessica was admitted as a lawyer in 2020 and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the LIV Young Lawyers. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and completed her GDLP at College of Law.
Jessica is primarily handling property law matters and conveyancing matters. Commercially minded, client focused and driven, Jessica provides a holistic approach towards her client’s matters. She pays close attention to the needs of her clients and provides sound advice and practical solutions to the problems they encounter.
She is interested in all aspects of property transactions. She has particular interest and experience with Off-the-Plan developments, transfer of property, conveyancing and strata properties.
She has a well-rounded knowledge of property law, personal injury law, family law, criminal law, civil litigation and wills and estates. Jessica has assisted on matters appearing before the Magistrates’ Court, County Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court and the Accident Compensation and Conciliation Service.
Outside of the law, Jessica has experience within Victorian politics, and understands the importance of establishing relationships with key stakeholders and voters. She has also interned at Victoria Parliament House and participated as a Team leader for the YMCA’s Youth Parliament.
