Jessica Saunders

Jessica is an Associate in PCL Lawyers’ Family Law team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) and a Masters of Applied Law specialising in Family Law (M App Law (Family Law)). Jessica has been admitted to practice as an Australian Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of Victoria, and in the High Court of Australia.

Jessica is an empathetic and passionate practitioner, who strives to produce pragmatic and appropriate outcomes for her clients in all manner of family law property and parenting matters.

Jessica has practiced predominantly in family law since she was admitted to practice in 2020, as well as having experience in criminal law appearance work and Family Violence and Personal Safety Intervention Order matters. Jessica has worked in boutique and mid-tier firms in both regional Victoria as well as Melbourne CBD, and her experience extends across the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, County Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of Victoria, Magistrates’ Court of Victoria as well as Local Courts in New South Wales.

Professionally, Jessica is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, spending time with her partner and her cat Agnes, and watching Formula 1.
