Karen Greenidge

Karen is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law team at PCL Lawyers. She has over 23 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase of businesses, corporate advisory, commercial leasing, franchising, licensing and distribution systems. Karen is a highly regarded, trusted legal and commercial adviser who is recognised for her strong negotiation skills and providing commercial and innovative solutions to her clients.

Karen has an invaluable blend of multi-disciplinary skills and experience in law, accounting and finance gained from advising high profile Australian and international companies on complex transactions (a number of which were awarded deal of the year throughout the Australasia region). She has strong experience and understanding of financials and numbers, drawing on her skills and experience as a chartered accountant and financial modeller and is thus in a great position to provide astute legal advice in respect of commercial transactions to her clients. Her strengths lie in being instrumental to her clients’ success by tailoring innovative custom made solutions for them which emphasise timely, high quality, ‘right-sized’ agreements with value-added business experience. Karen’s strong analytical and problem-solving skills and expertise assists her clients in identifying, minimising and navigating risks, capitalising on opportunities, planning exit strategies and maximising value for their stakeholders.
