Lucy Evans

Lucy Evans is a Partner who specialises in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution.

Lucy represents individuals and companies in a variety of legal proceedings before the various State and Federal Courts and Tribunals. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Relations from the University of South Australia and completed her GDLP with Leo Cussen.

Lucy has developed extensive experience in managing complex commercial litigation matters as well as property and leasing disputes and represents a range of SME and individual clients.

Recognising the complexity in commercial law and the potential for matters to become protracted, Lucy places great emphasis on delivering results whilst being cost conscious.

Good communication is key to understanding the legal process and Lucy prefers a collaborative approach whereby she works closely with her clients to achieve the outcomes they seek.

Lucy’s understanding of her clients’ issues is in part a product of her experience. Prior to commencing her legal career, Lucy worked in politics in South Australia which involved liaising with and assessing feedback from the community, on a wide range of issues. Therefore, Lucy understands the pressures on businesses and individuals when a dispute arises.

Lucy’s strength is her ability to deal with matters which cover multiple areas of the law, whilst providing quality legal advice expressed in real terms.
