Nelson Arias-Alvarez is a Partner in our Building & Construction team.  His practice areas centre around commercial litigation, construction law, and project delivery.

Nelson’s commercial litigation experience encompasses areas which are often aspects of construction disputes such as corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, professional negligence, competition law and substantial property disputes, alongside equity and trust litigation.

By closely working with clients from project inception to completion, he works with clients to provide legal strategies that align with their business objectives. For the most part that is ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
