Susan Su

Susan’s legal experience has been primarily construction-focused, where she has managed various construction disputes and reviewed home building contracts, including MBA and HIA contracts. The building and construction disputes have also involved adjudication matters and several other jurisdictions including the Supreme Court. She has a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution and is a lawyer in the building and construction team at PCL Lawyers.

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Susan is adept at working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Education & Admissions

She completed her Bachelor of Law in China, during which she took part in exchange programs in Taiwan and Poland for a year. After earning her bachelor’s degree, Susan obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales, graduating in March 2023 and being admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales.

Susan represented the University of New South Wales in National mooting competitions, earning both oral and written awards. Since graduating, she has annually served as a co-arbitrator in a prestigious international commercial arbitration competition, where she provides feedback and shares her insights with students worldwide.

Personal Interests

Outside of her professional endeavours, Susan enjoys playing the violin and going to the gym. She has also been recognised for her musical talents and earned international musical awards for her violin performances.
