Online Booking, Online Enquiry and Payment Terms of Service

PCL Lawyers provides the users of our website (Users) with ability to the communicate with Us, make online bookings, make enquiries and upload or download materials via our website, pcllawyers.com.au (Website) from time to time (Online Services).

A bookings will entitle you to a maximum of a 15 minute free discussion regarding your matter to discuss how, or if, we can be of assistance to you. You will not receive legal advice during this initial call. We only provide legal advice once we have reviewed documents, taken detailed instructions and had time to carefully consider your legal options in your particular circumstances.

The availability of the aforesaid services is solely at Our discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule, amend or cancel any booking.

All bookings must contain accurate contact details.

The consultation will be conducted by telephone.

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the amended version on our website or by otherwise providing notice to You, including by email.

In using the Online Services, You agree to not to:

All payments made to us via our Website will not be deemed to be paid until such time as payment is received as cleared funds by us.

The laws of the state of Victoria, Australia govern these Terms, and You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the State of Victoria, Australia if there is any dispute.

Any clause which is invalid or unenforceable is ineffective to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability without affecting the remaining clauses of these Terms.

You may not assign or otherwise create an interest in Your agreement with Us without Our prior written consent.
